THE 18 HOLE OLD COURSE
Our golf course in the Black Forest has its origin back to 1975. Since then we have cherished and fostered this unique course year after year. The redesign of the 18-hole Old Course was carried out in 2017 by golf course architect Christoph Städler, whose designs are characterized by the optically and athletically impressive modeling of the greens and surrounding areas. The challenging 18-hole course is based on a park landscape with a variety of tree types. The largely flat topography can also be tackled on foot without much effort.
The course includes four ponds along six fairways and the Pfohrbach creek, which crosses over another four fairways. With a length of 6,013 m, calculated from the yellow standard tees, the Old Course is the longest of our three courses and also the only one that has 6478m championship tees.
From an athletic point of view, the Old Course is a demanding course that golfers with a higher handicap can also play successfully.
THE 18 HOLE EAST COURSE
Since May 2017, the East Course has enriched our current facilities with another 18-hole course. The open course layout offers richly structured hedges and solitary trees. The key-shaped topography resembles a left course and is a masterpiece that requires intelligent game management.
The view from tee 10 is breathtaking. The vast horizon seems to be infinite in its reach. The impressive panoramic view extends over large parts of the course and the surrounding area of the Feldberg mountain.
With a length of 5708 m, the East Course has six ponds on eight fairways and showcases a variety of water hazards. The Pfohrbach creek and its floodplain landscape parallels and crosses the course over five fairways. It offers numerous opportunities for low course scores for players of all levels.
Additional highlights: The beautifully manicured fairways of this golf course in the Black Forest can be played almost all year round. Embedded in the stunning hilly landscape, our 18-hole East Course exhibits visually stunning, unique and challenging fairways.
THE 9-HOLE ACADEMY COURSE
This strikingly designed course has five open fairways and four fairways along the Old Course. Small elevation differences allow a comfortable course walk for your round. The by Mercedes-Benz sponsored Academy Course includes two ponds that line three fairways.
With a length of almost 2,500 m, our Academy Course is particularly suitable for quick rounds. A variety of landscaped greens and diverse fairway play guarantees a fun filled day on the golf course in the Black Forest! The 9 holes are easy to play and offer plenty of space for birdies and numerous opportunities for pars.
An absolute eye-catcher is the exceptionally unique hole 6 with its rounded semi-roughs located in the middle of the fairway. Curious as to what this is all about? This location marks two prehistoric burial mounds, which are deemed historical monuments subject to protection.

We have a variety of practice facilities to ensure your rounds on our unique golf course in the Black Forest are even more successful. Practice and improve your golf game in all weather conditions. Whether in rain, snow or sunshine - we offer appropriate facilities for effective training.
BUNKER, CHIPPING AND PUTTING GREENS
Practice the dreaded bunker shots from our practice bunker or refine your putting and chipping skills. Our golf professionals are happy to advise you.
DRIVING RANGE
Hit balls from the heated boxes on our driving range or practice your shots on the grass tees on the green or from the mats. We enable you to defy almost any weather condition and not interrupt your training goals. Range balls are provided free of charge.
TRACKMAN ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Our swing analysis offers perfect conditions to make your training state-of-the-art. The Trackman system analyzes and improves each individual shot together with one of our golf professionals. Two tees are available with this system in the Golf Academy Building.
